We'd love to hear from you about your experience using Snapper in Semble. The best way to get in touch is through the Snapper Mobile app. Go to the main menu and select 'Feedback' from the drop-down menu. No. Snapper is a transport card and will not interfere with your MasterCard or Visa cards in Semble.

But make sure you don’t have any plastic cards – such as a physical Snapper card, MasterCard or Visa card or building access card near your phone when you are tagging on and off as they can interfere.

Not any more! With Snapper in Semble, now customers on 2degrees, Spark and Vodafone can get a Semble SIM and make mobile Snapper transactions. Find out more...

No. As long as your Snapper card is set to ON in Semble then you will be able use Snapper without opening Semble or even having your phone turned on.

To top up your Snapper  in Semble you will need to use the Snapper Mobile app. You will be asked to enter a credit card for payment. This can be saved for future use or entered each time.

No, but you can enter credit card details one time in the Snapper Mobile app and save them under a secure PIN so you will not have to enter in your details every time you top up or buy a pass.

In order to protect your Snapper you’ll need to complete a quick registration. Go to the Menu on the Snapper Mobile app and select ‘Register your Snapper’. This links your card to you, and Snapper will then cover any transactions or loss of balance made from the time you report the incident.

The nationwide rule regarding Visa and MasterCard transactions over $80 requiring a PIN does not apply to Snapper.

You will still be able to use Snapper in Semble. You won’t however be able to use the features offered in the Snapper Mobile app;  checking your balance, top-up, buy a pass and viewing your transaction history.
